I am very laid back and realize that everyone in the recruitment process is a human and we are all dealing with our own issues so I try my best to make life as stress free as possible. Some people say I could be a bit too laid back

I really get to know my candidates. Besides knowing about their actual work experience I like to get a solid grasp of there family life, where they grew up where they have travelled to. I find it really interesting and it helps me identify what is the pain points for my candidates and helps me match up personalities and goals with my client's needs.

I will not represent a candidate that I think is rude or dishonest nor will I work a role for a client that questions my values. I.e The gambling industry

I have always been very competitive with myself, I constantly set myself lofty goals to reach and I really hold myself accountable without blaming others. My style is relaxed and providing clear concise information. It’s not everyday someone looks for a job and this can be very stressful so I try and make it as easy as possible.

I love working in recruitment because there are so many aspects to it; research, business development, helping candidates, learning new things every day. It is a difficult job, and I am dealing with highly educated and successful candidates and clients every day. If you are the smartest person in the room you can’t learn anything.

I have a Six month old son, I want to be the best father I can be for him by providing a solid foundation for him to grow on. I want to be a role model and show him that there is no better talent than hard work and to be proud and have integrity. My son is my motivation to be the best at my job.
