My candidates tell me that I always have their best interest in heart and can help them find the right role. I’m good at helping match my candidates with my clients requirements. I am professional but always friendly and bubbly and love a good chat and getting to know my candidates and clients on a personal level as well as a professional level, because of this I am able to understanding more then what is on a CV and if they will fit into the team.

I love working in communications and policy recruitment because its an area I find incredibly interesting, having worked in media it’ll always be my first love but having lived in Canberra I have an interest in politics and policy and how that is created. By taking a keen interest in what my candidates and clients do it helps me to better understand the requirements of the roles.
